I depends on what you checked out.

I checked tag 0.3.1 and it is 16.5MB in size (without tortoise temporary files, tortoise multiplies it by 2). If you consider only src folder it was narrowed down to 1.5MB. If you consider only *.cs files from src folder - it is 0.5MB in size.

Why I keep these non-cs files? To be sure that if someone check-out my trunk/brunch/trunk he will have all resources, components or dependencies in appropriate version to compile it or test it.

I did it, and I am surprised. I downloaded 60MB files (after unpack 134MB) . It is entire repository: trunk, all branches and even all tags. In my opinion this options works wrong. There is no need to download all data. User should have an opportunity to choose which subfolder to download. Try to use tortoise svn or another tool working with codeplex.
